First of all, Chef Christina is a great chef and if you don't already know that, you'll have to trust me, just this once, because I am the very proud mother-of-the chef and she is SO good.

Secondly, Chef Christina just doesn't rely on her own, in-depth knowledge, she calls in the expert, Lauren. Lauren, whom we consider a close a family friend, who just happens to be a certified wine specialist, really knows her stuff and you will thoroughly enjoy her.

Last but not least, if you've never joined one of our wine pairing dinners before, you'll truly love the family style dining experience while enjoying some of the best food ever, listening to some very sage and interesting wine advice from Lauren while enjoying time with folks who may even end up becoming good friends.

It's just like being invited to someone's house and having the best dinner ever and learning a thing or two about great food and great wine.
